Residential cleaning — Clear prices and inclusions
Weekly / every two weeks: $37 per cleaner-hour. Monthly: $41 per cleaner-hour. Before tax. Minimum 2 cleaner-hours; your estimate may require more time.
Customer supplies by default. Cleaner brings supplies: +$5 per cleaner-hour. Vacuum, mop and bucket arrangements are confirmed before service.
Regular cleaning
- Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping accessible floors
- Kitchen: counters, sink and appliance exteriors
- Bathroom: toilet, sink, bath/shower and mirrors
- Bins and touch points
Deep cleaning — additional time
- Regular cleaning with additional time for accessible buildup and details
- Accessible baseboards and doors; specify any special needs
Optional extras — added cleaning time
- Inside oven
- Inside fridge
- Accessible interior windows
Not included in regular cleaning
- Regular cleaning excludes work at height, mould, hazardous materials, construction debris and moving heavy furniture
